Very smooth experience

Great service! I was a bit nervous in the beginning but my driver was awesome! I had my pup Roxy shipped from OH to Cali and the trip was very relaxing for my pup as well as myself. Very friendly and very informative. I highly recommend 😊 Thanks Secure.

I highly recommend Secure Pet Transport. I hire them to transport my puppy from Dixon, KY to West Palm Beach, FL. last June. I wanted a service where he was the only 🐩 dog in the vehicle. They provided me with an app which allowed me to see them on the road in real-time.The gentlemen stayed in contact with me along the way. Sending me pictures along their way. I have referred Secure Pet Transport to 2 friends already.

* I almost forgot the most significant part of this - my breeder was not comfortable using transportation services for her pups. She agreed to this service and now referers them as a resource for transpor.

Great experience!! Would highly recommend. Definitely will use in the future if needed. Would refer anyone who wants a safe way to transport a puppy. Duke was 10 weeks old and flew from California to Portland. He did great and his flight escort kept us updated during transport. Huge shout out to Secure Pet Transport! They got our dog from Dulles to Albuquerque quickly, safely, at half the price of some other quotes, and on short notice. Very impressed with their customer service and their driver didn't even blink when I burst into tears upon seeing my hound😁. If you are looking for ground transport within the US, they are the way to go.

Great service! This was my first time using pet transportation so I was a bit nervous. I was able to track the driver the entire way. By the way his name is Don and he was amazing! We knew when he made it to our state, Florida, and he gave us a very accurate window of when he would arrive at our home. Don delivered my girlfriend’s dog from Florida to Ohio. I was updated and got pictures throughout the whole ride. We never had a single issue and I would highly recommend Secure Pet Transport any time. If you’re looking for safe travel for your pet this is the way to go!

Working with Secure Pet Transport was an absolute pleasure. They were incredibly flexible and in fact moved heaven and earth, changing their route and incurring many extra miles on the road in order to get my pets delivered in time for a special birthday. Andre transported our adopted dog Glory from Florida to New York. He is communicative and cooperative, and he has a wonderful sense for dogs. He was empathetic and interested in our adoptee (and she was clearly comfortable with him), and he shared his insights about her habits and temperament in regular updates he provided during the journey. Used secure Pet Transfer private charter to transport a very nervous dog back to the breeder from Oregon to Montana in late May 2023. Our driver Izayah did an excellent job and drove him straight through to Montana so he was delivered in the quickest time possible. He was in constant contact with us and immediately answered any inqiry we had. The private charter was a little expensive but was first class service that we hoped for.

I needed my sister's 2 dogs tansported from Arizona to Texas on short notice. Anthony was very professional and was able to set up the transport on very short notice..

Isaiah was my transport driver and he arrived on time (6:30 am!). He was so good with the dogs and they were at ease with him immediately. He sent updates and photos along the way.

I jwant to thank you for the amazing care you provided to me and Hudson, my big American Standard Poodle. Hudson arrived in Washington State from Connecticut in healthy, clean and happy. I was very anxious about it, but it worked out very well. The transporters were reassuring all along the way and kept me informed. I highly recommend this service!

Our beautiful Boxer puppy was transported from New Mexico to New York. I was hesitant about using a shipper after our last dog. But Rick was able to put my faith back in them. He responded to all of my texts and concerns almost right away... kept me updated about his progress. Very friendly and very professional!! Our puppy arrived in amazing condition. If it weren’t for Rick’s knowledge and intuition, I probably would have gotten scammed. I called him to see if he knew of a company and figured out that the company doesn’t exist. Rick then was very helpful and found me two golden retriever puppies he could bring to me in Cali. He cares about his customers and I strongly believe he cares for the pets he transports. I’m sticking with Secure Pet Transport for all of my pet transport needs.

We had to move on short notice from Arizona to Florida. Eager to see our new home but uncertain about our two Black Labs. Secure Pet Transport was fantastic. Rick was exceptional in looking after my 9 year old Labradoodle from

Colorado to Rhode Island. He called to let me know that Charlie was handling the trip well, and he was eating.

Rick made amazing time across the country,and delivered Charlie in 4 days.
